All orders ship from my studio in Citrus Heights, CA, within 7 business days. I strive for and usually have an even faster turnaround time.
Once your order is processed and has left my studio, it should arrive within 2-5 days, depending on what shipping method you choose at checkout.
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us with your order number and the correct shipping address at oceanfern78@gmail.com. You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to change your address. If you order has already shipped before you contact us, we are unable to change your shipping address.
If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund or replacement order is not guaranteed.
If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in shipping, I am happy to send you a replacement. Please reach out to me at oceanfern78@gmail.com to get a replacement order set up! Please include a photo of the item you received and any damage to your order with your email. Unfortunately, we cannot cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery.
If your order has been listed as ‘pre-transit’ for 2 weeks with no tracking updates or if you don't see the package in your mailbox 3 days after your tracking was marked as delivered, we would be happy to consider your order lost in transit and send a replacement out to you.
We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. In your return package, please include a note with your order number and the item(s) you are interested in returning or exchanging. Returns must ship within 10 days of receiving your order:
Once we've received the item(s) back, we will be able to exchange or refund your order. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be processed to the payment method used for the original order. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to be reflected on your original payment method.
Clearance and final sale are ineligible for return or exchange.
To cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order.
